Fleur Dijkmans

Fleur was born in the Netherlands and spent most of her childhood in Belgium. Coming from a real estate family, she has been immersed in the industry her entire life. During the final year of her Real Estate Bachelor’s, she began her career in London, working for Thor Equities and Meyer Bergman, both private equity real estate funds.
During her time in London, Fleur met international real estate investors—both private and commercial—looking to diversify their portfolios in Europe. Motivated by the opportunity to use her expertise, network, and skills to support their expansion, she founded Bloomstone Real Estate.
In 2016, as the demand for homes in Amsterdam grew exponentially, the demand for investment properties in the city began to decline. At the same time, the need for homes for private buyers surged. Friends and people around her approached Fleur to help with buying and selling these properties. This led to her decision to also focus on residential real estate, and thus, her active career in residential real estate began. Today, Fleur continues to serve both investors and private home buyers and sellers.
Maxime Pluis
CO-OWNER & REAL ESTATE AGENT
Maxime was born and raised in Bloemendaal, the Netherlands. Her passion for real estate developed from growing up in an entrepreneurial real estate environment. With her father being an active real estate developer and her mother and aunt running a real estate agency in Haarlem, Maxime was surrounded by the industry from a young age.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in economics, Maxime began her career at ERA Van De Steege Property Brokers in Amsterdam, where she worked from September 2015 to September 2019.
Maxime first met Fleur during their studies in 2011, and they immediately shared a mutual passion for real estate and entrepreneurship. After years of collaborating and exchanging ideas, Maxime decided to take the next natural step and became a co-owner of Bloomstone in 2019, joining Fleur in the company’s journey to help both investors and private clients in Amsterdam’s real estate market.

Rosalie Rutte

At Bloomstone Real Estate, Rosalie supports Maxime Pluis and Fleur Dijkmans with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. She ensures the efficient running of the office by managing client communications, scheduling, and overseeing daily processes. Rosalie’s hands-on approach helps the team stay organized, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional service to private home buyers and sellers. Her role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of the business and supporting the team in delivering high-quality real estate services.
