Area
Chasséstraat is a quiet street in Amsterdam’s De Baarsjes borough. The neighborhood is on the edge on Oud-West, with Kostverlorenvaart as the border. De Baarsjes is alive! The area is home to countless trendy shops, hotspot cafés, good restaurants and cozy coffee bars, such as Bar Spek, Hendrix and Van ‘t Spit. More popular venues are on Jan Evertsenstraat and surrounding the Mercatorplein area. Ten Katemarkt and De Hallen in Oud-West with a cinema, food halls and a host of eateries, are just 5 minutes away by bike.

The property offers excellent connectivity. The city center is a short bike ride or public transportation commute away. By car, Postjesweg offers a connection to the A10 beltway within minutes.
